Yes, they do! All points will expire within 365 days of when you earn them. So be sure to make use of them before you disappear 💛
I've used my loyalty points and now I have to pay for shipping?
If you do use loyalty points and it takes your order under $100, that is correct, you will be charged shipping! Add some more things to your cart and get yourself over the threshold 💛
I can't see my points anywhere or get access to them?
During sale periods, we do turn off this feature as all of our major sales cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; this includes loyalty points. However, you can still earn points ready to use next time 💛
