What do I do if my powder isn't quite right?Updated 2 months ago

On a very rare occasion, there is sometimes issues with the batches of products that are supplied to us. If you do believe that the powder isn't quite right, please send us through some photos and a short explanation why! ☺ Ensuring you take photos of anything you find weird or out of place if that is the case.

If you do fall into this category, we ask that you please do not discard the tub or powder. Reason for this is because we may need this back for testing purposes. We will of course organise a replacement or refund depending on which you'd prefer.

Once we have all this informtion, our team can then assess the photos with the relevant team member and take the appropriate steps
