What happens if I have issues at checkout?Updated 2 months ago

Firstly, sorry you are experiencing issues! 😥 Whatever it may be, we will help. A few things to try before we run some other troubleshooting things:

1. Check to make sure you are using the latest version of your browser. 

2. Clearing your cache of the browser

If after trying those two things and you are still unable to checkout, we would recommend trying another website browser. FIT does recommend using Google Chrome as this has the most up to date features/updates.

If all those things didn't work, our team will be with you shortly and we can help troubleshoot the issues together! We might ask for screenshots or errors so please have these ready just in case.
