What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?Updated 2 months ago

Whichever one, we're really sorry to hear this 😞 

If your product is damaged; please send us through some photos of the damages so our team can assess these. Once these have been checked, our team will process with swapping out these tubs for you. 

If your order has arrived incorrect; please let us know which products are missing from your order or which ones are wrong. Then our team can check off your order and see what or where the error has come from. 

Either way, we will 100% do whatever we can to fix this for you! 💛
