Short answer, we offer a 30 day return policy on all items! However, the product does need to be un-opened and in a re-salable condition 😊 

There are two ways to lodge a return through us:

1. Head to the "Track and Manage My Orders" section under our chat function. This will then help locate all your orders and you can select the one that you need assitance on.

2. Alternatively, please email our team on [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Along with any photos if that is applicable to your return.

Our team will then be able to assess the order, use of products etc and then process a refund accordingly 💛
